It sounds like you checked for continuity. The CAS sends signal to the ECU which in turns fires the injectors and coilpacks.

You can throw a known working CAS at the plug and spin it and it will fire off the cylinders.

I had a CAS drop two injectors in a fresh swap and went round and round checking wiring before figuring out it was the CAS itself not sending signals.

You need noid lights to really test for the signal as a conventional test light won't fire in time.
