Hey zilvia, I want to know if this is true. If you get caught with a full test pipe do you have to pay a 10k fine or chose to get your car junked. and this is in california, i dont know about other states?

ha ha no thats not true. i cant remember the punishment, but no thats not true at all.

yea sum guy told me this bs if i get reffed ill put stock pipe back and test then put it back and silence, thanks peeps
