the hoods are made of rigid FRP and Carbon over Fiberglass.
I helped to start the company Seibon and i can guarantee that there every bit as good as Seibon.

im sorry your correct, we make the hoods and trunks in the 2x2 to keep them affordable, but we can make them for you in the 1x1 but the price would be a little higher. we use 1x1 on most of our other products. here is an example sorry for the confusion

.... This picture is from 2005... And thats a different hood... IIRC that should be a molded in uras vent.

Atleast use legit pictures in your postings instead of lying and scamming people...
