Hey guys,
I haven't really shown anyone else this yet, but I thought since it's nearing completion, I would give you guys a view of what it will be. Here is a quick list of things that are done or will be Complete wire tuck + all OEM wire mess delete Coils in car 13b rew build and install custom radiator setup Boost Innovation's SS tubular turbo manifold + dual tial 38's and 4" full exhaust custom Aluminium oil pan custom intake manifold granny 3 link 8.8 rearend install all stock gauges + switches gone.... autometer in place plus a whole bunch more stuff GT4202 with 1.01 hotside Compared to a PT67: Polished Rotors Exhaust flange Here is the pile-o-**** that came off the car so far.... note the wiring..... that is everything from the stock harness from the seats forward Well here is a shot of the new wheel combos for the street. They are 5Zigen's with Mickey Thompson drag radials 275, should hook on the street. Have a set of 10.5 full slicks for the track Ahead of a low 11sec EVO Here are some of the engine bay Note the following cross memeber for 13rew install complete wire tuck coils in car radiator setup the radiator is for an Integra... it is such a perfect fit. in the next pics you can see the cross memeber i did. 1/2 cold rolled steel that bent in a press to fit perfectly. I am going to lay a strip of urethane down between the cross member and engine for mounting. another thing that happend that i didnt design for, is that the tranny will just sit on the cross memeber aswell. no need to pull the tranny for engine extraction, and very easy engine installs. somthing that actually worked with bonus as well OH yeah and since the fc engine sits at a stupid ass angle and not in the middle of the car, this one will sit square with the car and in the middle, **** like that bothers me for some reason To be continued... Here are some of the IC setup. There will be some black trim around where the bumper was cut. i can reach all the fuses and everything with the dash on, youd be amazed how much room is back in there with the heater/ac stuff out uhi have toggles running everything, i did the harness from scratch. turned out very nice and clean + everything workes can see the coils there the spark plug wires will come out he driver side heater core hole and the haltech engine harness through the passenger side one Custom Dash Motor painted Seals and Street porting: More coming...

Custom 3/16'' Aluminum Oilpan...should hold 5qts
This has already been modified... Like I said earlier, it was modified Alternator relocation bracket Motor in the car: More on the intake manifold... Racing Beat lower manifold made for Dual Webers. The intake is aluminized right now, but will likely be switched to Aluminum shortly. We are also testing the plenum volume question. Turbo support bracket: Turbo location: Custom radiator piping: Start of turbo manifold: The manifold is being welded right now as we speak. I will get pictures as soon as they are available Everything was done here, with the exception of the seals and the Racing Beat lower intake.

That radiator scares me!! Thing is really thin. What size injectors are you going to be running on that beast? Any plans for the drivetrain? My friends TurboII has around 500whp, and he breaks axles, u joints and shit somewhat frequently at the track on drag radials. Drag radials that are nowhere near as good as the MT's. are those the ceramic seals as well? Things are pricey!!! 300 per seal for my friends race car..not the 500whp car, its an actual race car..Was, it got wrecked recently =.(

The radiator is kind of a test. It has a higher capacity than the stock one, but it will be interesting.
The car went 11.87 on a stock NA rearend. Weird huh? Plans? Granny 3 link 8.8 rearend .

Well, if you dont allready have the parts....Shoot me a hollar. That race car I was talking about was wrecked and I think they are parting it out. Its best run was a 7.79, I cant remember the mph. But it definitely was a fucking race car. Use to run in NHRA "Pro Modified" I think and use to run NOPI before it got shitty/lame.

Good God Tony...
I was talking to Matt over AIM the other day, he told me about how he had the manifold mocked up, but ran out of argon. I'm glad I saw this thread, because neither of y'all are online right now. I'm so eager to get back to there and get my v-mount setup started!

All I'm gonna say is be prepared to fix that manifold a lot. I'm not insulting the quality of your work at all, just the weight from the turbo even with a brace and of course the good ol rotary EGT's.
I'm going to try and ask him about if he is parting anything out on the car then I'll get back to ya. Its kind of hard to ask him about. The car was in the family since the 70's. Started as a wild street car and gradually became a backhalved race car. So I need to step lightly as to not hurt feelings..... I act like Iam asking him if I can date his ex wife! ha! it'd probably be better if I asked that instead!! About how much power that car made, just to give you a small idea it had a t6 something on it. For how much power you're shooting for....You're going to be mighty happy when you are considerably over. hahah. My friends turbo II held up with no problems when he had around 400whp, thats when it was the fastest. Since then it has just broke shit everytime at the track. When it had near 400whp it ran an 11.71. Right around where you guys were you guys should look into methanol/water injection. Fuck detonation, that stuff makes me cry. Everytime it happens its 1000 dollars down the drain and 16 hours labor =.(
