hehehe. I assure you the quality of the sticker or decal doens't matter much as to whether its rice or not.
Whats going to be on the decal? If its for a club or a company giveing you nice discounts for putting up that banner, sure...go for it.
But if you just bought an apex exhaust or something and your getting an apex banner then its pretty ghey...even if it looks cool.
I plan to tint mine extremely dark (either tint or just a thin black "decal"...whatever works best) and about 2 inches farther down then stock tinting, no words and it'll still be see through.
Please, no useless banners...
