It is all listed on the website.

Each track session is 20 minutes long.  Since there are 4 run groups, and we start around 8:30 or 8:40, we would have a complete cycle every hour and 20 minutes.

Assuming every run group gets equal track time, you would get at least 4 20-minute runs, or perhaps 5 if everyone is on time.

But trust me, if you have never been to a track event before, you'll want to go home by mid afternoon.  Track events gets tiring real quick real fast.
