Its not terrible for the tranny. My friend did it to his 96 240 and it was pretty nice. Fast as #### but shifted hard , not too comfortable of a ride. Only complaint i have is that it will make your check engine light come on. And that bastard will stay there for 100 turns of the key...no more no less. I wouldn't reccomend it simply because i hate warning lights. If you are ok with those...then by all means.
