The only quality exhaust sold in the US for the s14 is the Fireball. It is 2.5" piping. Everything else is about 3" and up! There are lots of N1's running around b/c they are cheap.
Injen is preferred intake b/c it has been around longer. AEM is new to 240s - but no doubt makes a quality product.
