That is a 2-piece exhaust with no resonator, that part to the left in that picture is the first part after the catalytic converter.
The fact that it would be wildly loud seeing as how there is no resonator (and the price of it, compared to custom) would make me want to fling shit at people from the side of the highway compared to my custom.
... but that last part is my personal opinion.
