hmm... CAI and headers will cost somethin like $500-600?  that's about the 1/4 of the price for an SR.  seems like all the money u'll be spending will come somewhat close to the amount for an SR.  plus the NOS might push u even further to the same amount of money that u'll need for an SR.  maybe u should save all that money for the SR.  just a suggestion.

altho, if ur lookin for straight line performance AND handling, i'd suggest saving ur money for the Evo7.  if it's anythin like the other Evo7's in japan and europe, u get 0-60 in 4.5(?) and some of the best handling around.
