if you feel the need to buy some arms, buy them.

it doesn't take much to go out of stock adjustment range. your car certainly doesn't have to be low.

i previously lowered my car very moderately and took it in for an alignment. the shop could not zero out toe in the rear; they maxed at roughly .5 degree toe in with stock adjustment. camber and caster were well within stock spec, front and rear.

it's hard to say without actually seeing your car in person, but just based on my prior experience, rear toe arms wouldn't be a bad idea before you blow $75 or so on an alignment.
