I would think the easiest way would be to simply call up a Nissan dealership (ask for the service manager). If you feel they're not giving you the right information... simply ask for the 1-800 Nissan information/help #. They're required to give it to you if you ask (this is where you can call and tell Nissan USA that the dealership gave you a hard time). I doubt you'll need to do that though... we never had a problem giving this kinda information out at the dealership I worked at. It's easy to bring up in the computer and only takes a few minutes.
