My car's circuit is messed up as well, but mine's grounding out somewhere and it's constantly drawing mad amperage.
Pops a fuse everytime I put one in. I seem to have misplaced my multimeter so I can't test how many amps it's pulling but so far it's popped a 20A fuse as the largest, so it's definitely grounding out somewhere and is drawing a lot of power.
