if you live in rancho palos verdes, chances are it was one of your neighbors that called to have your car towed... try to see if you can find out who authorized the tow because there has to have been a signature on the release/authorization tow documentation... I know... because I live there and I worked at miraleste canyon estates having cars towed away as per resident's requests... then send them the bill for the tow or have their car towed out of their spot... see if they like that....
back to the sale... would you sell the side skirts separately?
