Last night I saw an Accord pull over a RSX by Valley Fair mall right at the 280/17 interchange. Straight under cover with no deck lights. It had red and blues strobs in the tail and high beam areas. so keep a look out for Accords that start following you. BTW it was a dark charcoal gray in color.
