just get someone really strong to take the bolts.  i did my brakes 2 weeks ago, and there were 2 bolts that take me over 20 minutes each to get off.  i mean, i'm a pretty big guy, so i have no idea how someone half my size could do it without an air gun.  anyways, i did it with only one jack stand (the one in the trunk).  i had 2 others, but i saw no need.  even with the parking brake down, the car still wasn't going anywhere.  just make sure you put blocks on each side of the other wheels.
