AFAIK you should be able to do it with only jackstands, it helps having a friend because its a long piece. If you have someone holding the other end while you tighten the bolts, it should go fairly smoothly. Just dont forget to soak the rusted nuts in "nut buster" I believe it was, or use WD-40, do that a couple hours before. Now you should be all set.
