because it ISNT a big deal. so heres a little story:
i was putting on my work wheels and while putting on my kics r40 nuts i dropped the key on the lip, leaving a little indentation on the surface. oh crap, my wheels arent perfect anymore. so what? point is, shit happens to wheels, after owning a few sets you come to realize that such "scratches" are typical. yes, maybe you thought wrong, but what are we talking about here? there freakin wheels!
and at the price you paid and the time you waited (not over 3 months) i dont see why you're making such a big deal out of it (big deal to the point where you bust out your trusty old ruler)
