I think at this point, you probably would have been better off dropping the initial dime for the custom work. Of course - since it fit before... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/eh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':eh:'>

Good to hear she's almost back together though. Are you going to VIR?</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>
No, that it isn't that either The flange for the SR VS the KA down pipe is only rotated by a matter of a few degrees on the exhaust side. That isn't the issue. Trust me it did fit.

I had a shop weld flanges on to the RT cat with all other peices on the car. So there was zero tensile load on the exhaust at that time.

I am going to remove the cat and rear section of the exhaust and bolt up the mid pipe and DP again. I am 100% sure that they will fit then. It is prpbably the flanges on the cat that are off.

I will keep you all posted, cause I know that the world revolves around my saga <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
