i think you mean per axle. and the term 'you got to pay to play' comes to mind.
i've heard bad things about EBC (don't remember the details anymore) but hawk HPS are cheaper, low dust, low noise, good bite, good life, and will fill your assumably minimal requirements (since you didn't say anything about racing, or even hard driving).
