Sounds like the symptoms of an alignment/balancing problem but since you say it's been aligned recently I'll take your word for it.
Same offset rims, size tires etc on the front? If your tie rods etc are bent they'll most likely notice it once you bring it in for alignment. Take it back to the alignment shop and see if they can pinpoint the problem.
