Just had someone hit my car in the parking lot... good thing i was there to see it otherwise they probably would have tried to leave.... I just reported it to my insurance company, then they got in contact with his insurance... his insurance then contacted me directly for pictures and told me to pick any shop that could do the work... his insurance is paying for it...
that's the way to go... dont accept any cash offer period
