i have a vlsd, but i want an opendiff so i can get it welded.

my friends giving me his open diff for free, but it doesn't have output shafts.

can i use the jdm 5bolt vlsd output shafts and put them in the open diff??

if not, why? im sure i can go find some 2x2x2 output shafts but i already have 5bolt axles in my car, so putting 5bolt output shafts would make this swap easier.
