Sorry I was not able to make it to the meet on sunday. I was only five mile away when My car wouldn't start. My radio turned off and then my hood started to smoke. I pushed my car off to the side of the road and I figured out the my crank pulley had broken off of the spline. This resulted in my accessories not spinning and my battery going dead and my water pump not spinning, hence the smoke.
Anyway, I had the car towed on a flatbed to my aunt house in chicago and I had my dad pull the pulley off of my parts engine at home and bring it to me.
After removing all my belts,& fans. I finally got the the crank pulley and removed it. I then waited for my dad and put the pulley back on along with all the belts and fans.
Needless to say I did not leave chicago until 6:45pm. I thought that the change over when pretty quickly though.
