most cars u can replace a stud, some u have to remove hub to replace, some u can sneak out without. sorry i dont know answer specific to 240. most good auto parts stores sell wheel studs....try to bring em one to match up (might as well remove a third one to match up since u cant drive til its fixed).
lug nuts can loosen on their own....once one loosens the others often follow leading to your prob. do u  "torque" your lugnuts?? original wheels to OE-specs, aftermarket alloys to 90 ft ibs.....very important!
