To the OP, that picture is just under a year old. It was taken last year at SEMA 2006. I got to see the car up close and had a chance to talk with the owner for a little bit.
At the time, it didnt have an engine or drivetrain. It was strictly a show car and was obviously pushed on and off an enclosed trailer. He said it cost about $200,000 from start to finish (without drivetrain) but he could replicate it for about $150,000. For all you blind motherfuckas that a RR Phantom front end. S13 conversion anybody??
Rumor has it that the rapper Birdman bought the car and had some type of engine and drivetrain put in it. He owned the car when it was on BET.
