Well, I would go by the same path I went last time, try to fight the ticket first. I can take traffic school again now, so no biggie, but I would FULLY try my buddy's way of going about it (overpay by $1 by mail-in check). I know for a fact it has worked for him, so it is definitely worth trying in my opinion.
