I'd have to disagree with you here x'ed. From my experience dsm's are probably on the lower rung of the reliability ladder. I owned one as my first turbo car in 98 and everything fell apart at one time or another and this was 96 GST. I had a hard time keeping it reliable in stock trim let alone modifying it. If you want a reliable gas saving beater, dare I say it, get a civic. But the 240 should be okay.
