Ummm, yeah. &nbsp;By a freaking LOT. &nbsp;The B&M is the king shit of shifters for the 240. &nbsp;Buy one. &nbsp;But don't come crying to me about the fact that it makes a swirling noise all the time. &nbsp;It's just the sound of the gears meshing together. &nbsp;The vibration comes right up the shifter shaft and finally buzzes out through your shift knob. &nbsp;Don't complain. &nbsp;It's worth the noise for all that precision. &nbsp;

Only caveat:

Install is a BIATCH with the tranny in the car. &nbsp;Took me 3 freaking hours! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':devil:'>
