If you're in CA and have unpaid parking tickets, they dont issue a warrent for your arrest. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/dozingoff.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='  '> You just cant register your car again till they're paid off and yes, the fee does go up but usually they send you a warning in the mail.
