I can only answer your bmc questions. It seems that nissan only sells tokico bmc as of late. The napco fitting is not a direct fit for the tokico. I have the tokico so I went to the junk yard and found a z31 with a tokico bmc. I took the fitting out and placed it in the hole of the new bmc.
Do not hit the new fitting in. I took off the secondary bleed valve from the clutch system. There is a short hard line with fittings on both ends that I used to screw in the new furrell nut into the bmc.
