It would be custom work.  Most likely you'll have to get a hood to match the headlights as well.  And that's an s14b bumper.  Not r32, not r33, its an s14 bumper.  You'll probably have to fill in the fenders as well because the r32 headlights are smaller in length than the s14b headlights.  Do a search on the r32 headlights.  Someone test-fitted them last year and it would have looked fine if some bodywork was done.
