That sucks man. Though I would watch the racial name calling. I know Armenian people that are very cool people, I also know of ones that are assholes. I know your pissed and its hard to not want to throw slurs at the people that fucked your car up. Though this is tough if they had actually hit your car with their car it would be a hit and run. Though I am not sure about a kick and run.
I would find out where they live from the plate and just go kick the shit out of their car when they are sleeping
