Couple more questions if you dont mind?

1. How to you "release" the wheel on either a works or cheaper nrg? Is there ever ANY concern of them "releasing" while driving?(cheap or expensive)

The lock you mention... WHat does it lock? Does it lock the wheel to the hub, or cover the hub so another wheel cant go on?
