Sorry, but the 98 altima rotors are 280x22. No clue where you got the 30mm, but it is not true.

My source: Nissan fsm for a 98 altima.

If you want to do Z brakes, either redrill the rotor or upgrade to 5 lug. The altima rotor is too thin to use on the Z32 setup. It might work, but the piston will be extremely far out.
