I really don't like typing a post only to have to go back and retype it because people can't read.
Since we've decided you're not paying attention too well, we'll make it a little more remedial.
1989-1998 Nissan 240SXs all use the exact same automatic transmission, period.
1990-1996 Nissan 300ZXs use the same transmission as well,
but with a different bellhousing to accept the VG30 engine.
Now knowing that, any 90-96 NA auto will swap right into any 240SX
IF you swap the bellhousing first. What amount of power one can handle will depend on age, mileage, condition, etc., but you're going into knowing it will easily take 200whp or so since that's what the Z puts down in NA form, and NA guys can easily see 260-280 without trouble from the transmission, so I'd say it's good for 300 usable horsepower. So in effect, a T28 at 10psi on a KA won't make any more than that so the automatic you already have will be fine unless it's ragged or abused. If anything, upgrade the torque converter, flush the fluid, replace the filter, and add an external cooler.
Now, *
IF* the Z32 TT automatic has the same length bellhousing, is removable, and has a similar rear bolt pattern, it could be adapted to fit a KA bellhousing pretty easily. That I do not know. The TT can handle at least 400whp without issue.
