I normally just buy a big side of meat at Costco and my buddy cuts it down to 1/2 inch steaks, which gets us about 12 to 13 nice steaks. Now my work offers us a discount to Omaha Steaks and I just wanted peoples opinions on it. I will most likly try it out any way, but still want to hear what some of you guys say.
