Wow, glad you got some help, and glad you kept your job. Lol @ you thinking your motor's "not stock". Stock turbo/ECU = stock.

Oil in the coolant/coolant in the oil is definitely head gasket. Most likely, if you didn't drive with the car overheated for very long, your head and block will be fine, but it's a good idea to have the head checked. I wouldn't bother taking the block out.

Buy a Apexi, Power Enterprise, Tomei, or HKS metal head gasket - 1.1mm if you want to stick with stock, or .9mm if you want a little better performance out of the boost. It'll cost about $200, but it's probably the only gasket you need if you've already got the 7-layer exhaust mani gasket. It's also the last head gasket you'll ever have to buy, they're seriously beast. Oh, and get OEM head bolts too (they're not supposed to be re-used). $200 or so for the gasket, $45 on the exhaust mani gasket if you already don't have it, and $30 or so on OEM head bolts from West Co Justin, Eddie @ Performance Nissan, or Courtesy (courtesyparts.com).

A Nismo thermostat is a waste of $60 in my opinion, because it doesn't really help anything, but if you want it, go for it. I would say just replace the thermostat you have if you think it's old.

A new oil pump is probably unneccessary, but it's a good reliability thing if you want to spend the $150 or whatever.

Resealing your water pump is a great idea, buying a new one is unnecessary. Usually it's the gasket/sealant that goes bad when they leak.

I would definitely recommend getting a oil filter relocation kit, and an oil cooler if you're feeling frisky. I can put you together the same setup myself and a few others run for less than $150. I would also recommend doing SS turbo lines when the motor's out/taken apart, because it's a bitch to put the water line in with the motor/head sitting in there.
