Haha, na. I was there a few years back when i was 18 kinda sucked, cuz you couldnt gamble or drink. BUT!! You CAN go to strip clubs! so yeah, It might be worth it.
well I don't drink (at least not yet), but I developed a gambling problem when I was over in Zimbabwe (they don't care about age), but strip clubs sound good , the only good part about next year is I should have a Turbo 240 of some sort if things go right, but they never do so who knows.
