ok, so what if you spit (not life threatening) and the person reports it and says it cause him to bla bla bla.......know what? you get fucked over with a felony cause of some assclown who lied to cops cause he wanted to get even...sounds fare to me...not, i dont know it still doesnt seem 100% fare, but thats my opinion, you stated yours people have diffrent views thats life so how about we agree on i wont throw ice cream at your car if you wont mine! ok problem solved haha
