the only thing i can think of is, if this women had lost all her family or something.. that might lead someone to not give a fuck anymore..
sucks for the apartment.. it will get cleaned up.. and someone else will move in... and one night that unlucky tenant will sleep on the floor.. face right where shit was lol.. i hope they replace everything in that apartment.
