Just use metric to AN adapters and bend some 1/4"(-4) or even -3 hardlines and flare to 37 degree. You'll need a tube nut and sleeve on each end as well.
Then you'll have baller AN stuff. The most expensive parts will be the adapters, the other stuff is pretty cheap. The flaring tool is like $50-60(you want an AN flaring tool, 37 degrees, not an SAE 45 deg flare).
