You need the lsd output shafts if you have open diff. For the kaaz, I've seen just the lsd for around 750, but that's without the shafts. Buying those brings the total cost closer to 1000 (depends on where you get them, though, I suppose). Correct me if I'm wrong, but the SSS comes with the shafts and that's also in the neighborhood of 1000.
