Because it was already answered. The catback portion does not fit, different chassis, different hangers.

The front half swaps fine as long as it's a DOHC engine, the manifold/downpipe assembly has to be used as one piece for either chassis, the converter or resonator is the same unit on all 91-98 models, some just have honeycomb in them, later models don't. If you're keeping EGR, you'll need the corresponding EGR pipe.
