I have a SR and the difference w/o the cat was phenominal. Huge difference! Before the stock cat was old and clogged so I was getting a lot of backpressure and blowing out exhaust gaskets left and right. After gutting the cat there was no more backfiring and she revved soooo much easier.

But then again I have a turbo car...n/a you should keep the cat because the gains will be insignificant
