these dam viruses get all up in the windows files. my suggestion would be to transfer all needed files to a external hard drive or another means of storage then format with clean install of which ever operating system your are using.
since you said this is your school laptop just make sure you backup every single file you need and DOUBLE CHECK to make sure everything is there.
