its not just this forum, its happening on other forums as well. i have customers with 350Z's and G35's and they're telling me the same thing: the forums are getting filled with n00bs who are buying the cars at a fraction of what they cost when they were new.
BAM.. thats when it happens, the cheapness-factor takes over. All of a sudden you have these 20 year old kids that mommy and daddy bought them a car (probably out of guilt) and now they're trying to look baller and want to modify them with as little money as possible.
you basically end up with people buying knockoff seats, megan coilovers, and all sorts of cheap shit. it kills the quality in the community.
just read through this thread, you've got a butt-load of idiots complaining that these cheap lights actually look good (in comparison to what, herpes?). Anyway... its a waste of time. Once you go quality you dont turn back.
"oh but im a drifter" - no, you're an idiot. if you're a drifter, than install stock 89-94 tail lights which cost DIRT, i give them away to people for free.
but i guess logically, it makes more sense to drift with shitty overpriced aftermarket tails than it does with no tails, or OEM 89-94 tails.
