if your a shitty server in a small not busy place in the middle of bumfuck nowhere, then sure.

if you work hard and people dont appreciate that then, it has makes a diff to you.

and every customer is subject to profiling, and sometimes people surprise you, but most of the time you initial though can be right on the money. its all the first impression.

the worst is when people come in from the start with a bad attitude or the attitude that "its not a hard job, or how hard can it be"

just think of how you act as the server first greets you, that makes the biggest difference in the world.
