asking all these questions, you could have bought a wheel, hub, qr, and installed it already. who cares about the lock? just buy it later if you want to.

For the $100 more, is it really worth it? If someone is out to get your car and knows what quick release setup you have then there's really no way to avoid it. When they make their move they'll be prepared and looking at that video those locks seem to be as easy to pick as the "club" you mount across the steering wheel.
