well considering Phase 2 motorsports just recently made 503hp to the rear wheels with a stock bottom end SR I dont think 400 is unreasonable. back that up with enjuku, silent sports, and jspecs cars all making 450+ to the rear wheels on stock bottom ends and the ctc motorsports cars making 400+ easily with their bolt on kits.
